Boris Johnson on making London public services more efficient

Closing police stations and ticket offices are some of the measures the Mayor of London said he has to take to make public services more efficient. 

Boris Johnson told Power Lunch he understands that people have sentimental attachments to some premises. 

But added that funds can be used effectively elsewhere.
