It's quite normal for private schools and universities to offer students the chance to meet role models from their chosen career path, but new research shows 75% of state school students didn't get the same chance. 

Organisation Future First is trying to build a network of role models and mentors to inspire the next generation. 
 
To explain the Back To School campaign is Alex Shapland-Howes, managing director of Future First, and a leading businesswoman, Vanessa Vallely.
