Reese Witherspoon at premiere of Wild: 'the hardest film I've ever made.'
13th October 2014

A very, very wet Gavin Ramjaun met the magically dry Reese Witherspoon at the premiere of Wild. She tells London Go how Wild was the 'hardest film I've ever made' but had more than a few upsides too.

Witherspoon plays Cheryl Strayed, who wrote the memoirs on which the film is based. Wild follows the thousand mile hike Strayed embarked on to heal herself after a turbulent period in her life.

Jean-Marc Vallée, whose previous films include The Dallas Buyer's Club, directs Wild. The screenplay was written by best-selling British novelist Nick Hornby.
