The 19th MOBOs: Professor Green, Krept and Konan and FKA Twigs

The MOBOS were back tonight for their 19th incarnation. 

The Music of Black Origin Awards, as they're formally known, kicked off in London tonight with celebrity hosts Mel B and Radio 1’s Sarah Jane Crawford.

They celebrate the best of the UK’s urban music scene, and the more established international names.

Professor Green, Krept & Konan and MNEK feat. Gorgon City gave performances, while London Go went down to Wembley arena to chat with the stars. 


Dan Freedman caught up with grime artist Ghetts.


Krept and Konan talked about the influence of their south London upbringing on their music and confided the guilty pleasures on their iPods. 


Boxer David Haye made an appearance and revealed his favourite MOBO artists. Haye, former WBA and WBO heavyweight champion of the world, hinted of his immenent return to the ring and explained why he wouldn't be drinking heavily at the MOBO party.
