"Would you like to live in London’s murder capital?", would be Toby’s first line when trying to sell someone a place in E20, London’s newest postcode, which confirms he’d be no use as an estate agent.

Principally because he’s fessing up straight away and admitting the area’s notoriety, because the former Olympic residences in East Village now share the same postcode as Albert Square, which has serious crime issues.

Crime continues to be one of Toby’s themes as he also previews The Missing, BBC1’s new drama starring James Nesbitt in which the son of a couple holidaying in France is abducted.

Plus, Toby also talks about the conclusion of White Teeth on London Live and Grayson Perry: Who Are You?, the artist’s new and absorbing series on Channel 4.
