Gabrielle Bernstein, motivational speaker and author, talks her one minute rule, London chaos and how to de-stress
31st October 2014

Gabrielle Bernstein used to work doing PR for nightclubs. She was twenty-five and suddenly realised her life was falling apart as she was caught up in a work addiction and, in her words, a 'dodgy' lifestyle.  From there, she made a commitment to change how she lived - and has ended up a motivational speaker and best-selling author.

She had a hunch that the lessons she had taught herself might work for others too - and turned out to be right, in a big way. Oprah Winfrey named her "a new thought leader."

Gabrielle explains just why it's so important for us Brits to give up the cigarettes, kick the booze and learn to manage our stress. She also gives her insight on the 'chaos' of London life and why improving our own lives is fundamentally down to a few simple choices.
