Hackney is the new Tech City and “Judge the Architecture”
12th November 2014

The Evening Standard’s Janice Morley shares the good news that Old Street roundabout has become the new tech-city and that opportunities have sprung up for first-time buyers ten minutes from

London's centre. Janice says that shared ownership is the smart way to get on the property ladder.

We also hear about the new series being launched by the Evening Standard, where a correspondent goes to Sovereign Court and Fulham Reach in Hammersmith to see what is being built. We hear why, surprisingly, the cheaper plot comes out on top.

Janice also introduces the young British art and design graduates selling homeware and furniture at home and abroad.
