Union promises to pay teachers for striking in North London

Around 150 teachers have gone on a 48 hour strike in North London, after a Union rep was suspended.

Julie Davies was accused by head teachers of being ‘confrontational’ and creating ‘a climate of mistrust’.

It's now reported that the National Union of Teachers has promised to pay those who've walked out in support of her.
