A new UK invention competition is launching at the Science Museum to discover new inventing talent.
From all submitted entries, ten will be selected to receive a 20-week intensive course, which will provide mentoring from designers and manufacturers.
Winners will also be given introductions to buyers and retailers. They could also get a cash investment of up to £65,000.
Anyone is welcome to enter, with any idea - although as much detail as possible is encouraged.
Mat Hunter from the Design Council and Jane Ni Dhulchaointigh who is the inventor of Sugru, a mouldable glue, explain the competition and how inventors can best boost their chances of winning.
