RBS in trouble after giving ‘incorrect’ evidence to the government.

The Royal Bank Scotland is said to have misrepresented information that it presented to the Treasury in June.

The chairman of the bank, Sir Phillip Hampton admitted that the report did ‘lack clarity.’
