Doctor Who star Michelle Gomez plans her villain HQ in London
27th November 2014

There were times during the last series of Doctor Who when Peter Capaldi's first run as The Doctor was overshadowed by fellow debutant Michelle Gomez.
Her turn as the enigmatic Missy was a threatening delight, the purpose of her presence kept secret until the penultimate episode when it was revealed Missy was The Master.
Michelle spoke to TV editor Toby Earle about a role which has made her a cult heroine and feared across a few continents.
She says which Doctor Who villain had her hiding behind the sofa when she watched the show as a child, and where she'd make her London HQ if she were a super villain.
The eighth series of Doctor Who is available now on DVD.
