Aylesbury Housing to benefit from major regeneration scheme

Four London housing estates are set to benefit from a major new regeneration scheme announced by ministers today ahead of the Autumn statement. 

Grahame Park in Barnet, Blackwall Reach in Tower Hamlets, New Union Wharf in Tower Hamlets and Aylesbury Estate in Southwark will each receive part of a £150 million government loan to develop new homes.
