Royal Mail warns of a universal threat to the service

Royal Mail has been dealt a blow from regulators this morning. 

It wanted an overhaul to the government imposed universal postal service which is costing them £7 billon a year. 

Its chief executive wanted rivals to subsidise that cost, But today Ofcom has said that's not going to happen.
