Twitter says tech firms must do more to support independent retailers

Online shopping can often feel like walking down a soulless, faceless high street, crammed with only the big corporate names. 

In reality, though, independent retailers are vying for attention, bustling among the competition. But because of the way results are thrown up, it's easy for small businesses to get forgotten. 

Georgina and Helen discuss the role Twitter is playing in promoting underrepresented retailers and how other technologies companies can do more to help.
