8th December 2014

In case the idea of a show where people are shushed for a solid hour, new fantasy adventure series The Librarians, starring Rebecca Romijn and Noah Wyle, who reprises his role of Flynn Carsen from The Librarian series of TV movies.

Our TV editor Toby Earle spoke to Romijn, who plays counter-terrorism expert Eve Baird, assigned to protect Carsen and the mystical library of artefacts he protects. In this interview Romijn talks about the sort of stunts she has to perform, how much of a sceptic she is when it comes to magic, and which well-known London tourist attraction she would like to break into.

In a web exclusive clip, Toby then sets new librarian Romijn a few questions about the contents of the British Library, which is home to nearly 57 million records. It turns out Romjin has been taking her role as a librarian seriously and has done her research.
