Should stalkers and domestic abusers be added to the sex offenders register?

Boris Johnson has been called to put stalkers and domestic abusers on the sex offenders register.

New figures reveal there has been a 33 per cent rise in domestic abuse in the capital in the last four years.

Today London Assembly Conservative members called on the Mayor of London to make the change.

A petition calling on the government to make the changed has also garnered more than 120,000 signatures.
