How to stay trim and eat everything you want this Christmas

The average person will eat around 6,000 calories on Christmas Day.

Most of us can accept the over-eating for one day, but pile that on top of office goodies, couple of parties and the baked ham on Boxing Day, it is enough to make us run from the scales.

But fitness expert Niko Algieri has the answer, he says you can eat all the food you like around Christmas, so long as it is balanced with a healthy fitness regime.

He joined Headline London to explain.
