Premier League January transfer window preview: Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock has already announced his intention to sign three players during the January transfer window.

With Palace sitting just one place above the Premier League relegation zone, adding quality to the squad at this stage could be vital to avoiding the drop.

An inability to find the net has seen the Eagles fail to cash in on some solid recent performances, so a striker is sure to be at the top of Warnock’s wish list.

With captain Mile Jedinak heading off in January to represent Australia, reinforcements of the centre of midfield may be required, meanwhile Warnock could have a challenge on his hands if he wants to keep hold of reserve goalkeeper, Wayne Hennessey, who is said to be unhappy playing second fiddle to Julian Speroni.
