The best one star reviews on Trip Advisor

2014 saw London become the most reviewed city in the world on Trip Advisor.

However, it seems not everyone was impressed with the most popular tourist attractions on offer.

The not entirely serious one star reviews which have made it onto the site are frankly hilarious.

For instance, the UK's second most popular tourist attraction, the National Gallery, had reviewers saying it was a "“poorly-lit hell hole” and “full of pictures of dead people”.

Meanwhile, The Shard was criticised after one reviewer said: “Did not enjoy the view – there’s glass in the way.”
