Film London calls UK Asian filmmakers to make Shakespearean films

Film London are campaigning for Asian filmmakers to work on projects inspired by Shakespeare.

Appealing to writers, directors and producers based in either the UK or India, the project is backed by scheme Microwave.

The successful film maker will be trained in Mumbai and receive up to £500,000 in funding for a worldwide release.

Microwave hope to find a film maker hoping to adapt the Bard's work for a modern audience.
