Tower Hamlets Homes named most gay-friendly workplace in London

Tower Hamlet's Homes has been named second on the list of Stonewall's top 100 employers in 2015, behind Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. 

The result means they are the most gay-friendly employer in London. 

Stonewall campaign for better rights for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community. The list celebrates workplace equality. 

James Caspell, the Business Innovations Manager at Tower Hamlets Homes, joined Wake Up London to discuss why Tower Hamlets have ranked so highly on the list and to give an insight in their LGBT employee practices. 

Other London names on the list included MI5, the London Borough of Islington and the Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
