George the Poet’s moving work on young people in London

Rapper and spoken-word artist George the Poet grew up in humble surroundings in Harlesden.
 
Since then, he hasn't stopped achieving, from getting a degree at Cambridge University, to winning critical acclaim and awards for his work.  

He was commissioned exclusively by The Prince's Trust to write about the emotional problems faced by many young people.
