Adele buying new home in Malibu
It’s been reported that Adele has put in a £5.2 million offer for an oceanfront in Malibu, California.
The 26-year-old singer from West Norwood offer will hopefully secure her a three-bedroom, three-bathroom property with an infinity pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the Malibu water.
Inside is a temperature-controlled wine room, gourmet kitchen and a luxury outdoor barbecue.
It is thought the UK will remain Adele’s main home but that she will use the new Californian home to escape to in the cold winter months, with her partner and their son.
Ollie Locke to sell Made In Chelsea flat
Made in Chelsea star Ollie Locke is selling his West Brompton bachelor pad.
The Celebrity Big Brother personality has listed his two-bedroom apartment for £649,950.
The flat appeared on Made in Chelsea during Locke's time on the show.
Fans of the show may remember the flamboyant ground floor space for its black and white striped wallpaper in the living room and bedroom.
The 481 sq ft ground floor space comes with a patio area and access to a communal gym and swimming pool.
Guinness heiress Covent Garden flat for sale
A Covent Garden flat that was once home to socialite and Guinness heiress Daphne Guinness is for sale. It’s listed for £6.95 million.
The three-bedroom duplex is on King Street, overlooking the Covent Garden piazza.
It was once designed to meet Guinness' exact taste and has since been added to by the current owners. It is a 2,900 sq ft penthouse with a master suite, which spans the top floor.
Beatles’ Knightsbridge pad failing to sell
The Knightsbridge flat shared at the height of Beatlemania by Ringo Starr and George Harrison is failing to attract a buyer.
The three-bedroom flat has been listed for £2.5 million since September 2014. It has since been reduced to £2.3 million.
Model Pattie Boyd also lived in the flat when she was first dating Harrison.
It is located in Whaddon House, which was favoured by the Beatles, who lived in another two apartments in the building, as well as famed manager Brian Epstein, who had a place on the fifth floor.
The Rolling Stones are reported to have visited.
