Nick Clegg used his weekly slot on London radio station LBC criticise the delayed publication of the Chilcot report - but said it wasn’t ministers responsibility to be chasing independent inquiries.
The report is an inquiry into Britain's involvement in the 2003 Iraq war. It was announced yesterday that the report would not be released until after the general election. Mr Clegg also took the opportunity to criticise the Prime Minister David Cameron over his support for the Iraq war.
Mr Clegg said he felt most sorry for the families of soldiers’ killed in the conflict.
