The Oval Space in East London is hosting the Waldorf Project, an installation combining food, colour and visual arts to create a “multi-sensory experience.”
London Live’s Simon Thompson headed down to see what it was all about - and tried some of what’s on offer, even taking the chance to taste the colour blue.
The project hopes to provoke guests into perceiving colour “not as a visual construct, but as a new sensory dimension.”
The immersive evening is curated by artist Sean Rogg, who has a cast of visual artists, actors, musicians, chefs, designers and choreographers working to provide a new sense of what colour is, what it means, and to challenge our perceptions of both.
Simon also spoke with Food Designer Elena Krceve.
