Ex headteacher describes the current schooling system as ‘political bullying’

She's a former headteacher from Tooting who turned around a failing inner city school against all the odds. 

But at the height of her career Viv Grant walked out on her job saying despite her success and accolades the emotional toll and isolation that came with the job became too much. 

She's now calling for an end to the results driven culture.

Ms Grant describes the current schooling system ‘political bullying’ and says it is fear which dominates the profession.

The former super-Headteacher Viv Grant joined Headline London to talk about the pressures put on teachers.
