What lies beneath the River Thames?

It may look like a load of mud and rocks, but the banks of the River Thames offer a unique insight into London’s history.

It has been set up to let city dwellers discover more about what they call “London's Lost Waterways”.

This week the group has been exploring the bankside next to Shakespeare’s Globe.
