It’s Shrove Tuesday again, it seems to have creped up on us, and the capital is flipping out about it.

Even those in Westminster are giving a toss - a pancake toss that is, in their annual Tin Cup challenge.

London Live’s Alison Earle was at the Old Truman Brewery where clowns monitor the races, teams wear fancy dress and a frying pan gets engraved, it could only mean one thing - The Great Spitalfields Pancake Race.
