Pancake eaters of the world, it’s time to batter the competition

The Breakfast Club is turning up the heat and challenging its customers to get battered - literally - in their pancake eating competition.

Pancake day may have creped up on most of us, but The Breakfast Club are prepared. They’re challenging customers to eat 12 pancakes in 12 minutes. The restaurant say that anyone who can complete the challenge will get the pancakes for free, providing they stick to the rules and don’t try to syruptiously get away with foul play.

Those who don’t get their fill in time will have to pay - but the money goes to charity.

It seems like a competition worth giving a toss about - but we won’t waffle on anymore. After all, Hayley Simpson, Marketing and Creative Manager for The Breakfast Club, joined London Live to do an eggsellent job of explaining what’s happening.
