Keeping up traditions in 2015 for Chinese New Year

How do the older generation preserve Chinese traditions at new year?

Lawrence Lee, of the London Chinatown Association, said many celebrations taking place in London will be similar to those happening in China and Hong Kong.

He said despite moving to the UK in the 1950s, most of the Chinese community in London still host traditional celebrations.

London Live will broadcast all the colour, music and action from Trafalgar Square and across the capital in a live special programme on Sunday from 3pm: Live from London: Chinese New Year.
