London 'black spot' for jobs that pay the living wage

Nearly half of jobs in London pay less than the living wage.

That's the outcome from research by The Trades Union Congress who've released the statistics today.

Across the rest of the UK one in five jobs pays less than the living wage.

It's currently set at £9.15 in London and £7.85 across the rest of Britain.

The TUC Chief Economist Geoff Tily explains more.
