The first footballing trophy of the season is up for grabs this weekend, as Chelsea play Tottenham in the final of the Capital One Cup.

These two sides have history in the competition, with Spurs winning the last time the met in the final in 2008.

Ledley King and Graeme Le Saux are two men who've won the trophy for Tottenham and The Blues respectively.

And they told us it's going to be a really tight game.

And Simon Johnson told us that Chelsea will be missing a key player in midfield.
