Unite Union protest against work assessment scheme for disabled

Members of the UK's largest trade union are holding a day of action today against the government's work assessment scheme for disabled people.

Unite says Ministers are set on a “box ticking exercise to cut benefits”.

Today's protest comes as a new company has taken over the contract to carry out the assessments. Vanessa Baffoe explains more.
