Young people recognised at We Day

We Day brings a generation of young leaders together to prove that no one is alone in their desire for change.

More than 12,000 students and teachers from 550 schools across UK descended on Wembley.

The event recognises young people and work they do to help people by volunteering.

Vanessa Baffoe explains more.
