How can London build more housing?

As the capital's population grows so does the need for more new homes. 

With space at a premium, these will have to be built at higher densities. 

But how can you do that while building for families and avoiding lifeless housing blocks? 

The issue being discussed today when the London Assembly’s Planning Committee hear from experts on how to design homes that meet family needs. 

Committee member Navin Shah explains more.
