Cyber crime affects Londoners more than any other

More Londoners have been the victim of cyber crime than more traditional forms of crime.

According to the London Assembly, online theft is beginning to out weigh the likes of robbery or burglary as crime continues to move online.

It's Police and Crime Committee also found that many aren't reporting online thefts. 

Roger Evans, who chaired this investigation, explains more.
