Missing People launch Everything Stops for Tea

Missing People has launched a new campaign that asks everyone around the country to take a minute to stop and think about those who are missing their loved ones.

Everything Stops for Tea aims to raise funds for the Missing people charity. Their work centers around providing a platform that can support those who believe a loved on has gone missing.

As a charity they provide a 24-hour helpline service, providing a sounding board for distressed friends and families. Their work also extends to finding publicity, so that families can raise awareness that their loved ones are missing.

Jo Youle, Chief Executive of Missing People said, “Time and time again families missing a loved one tell us that they wish the whole world would stop and help in the search for them. With Everything Stops for Tea we are asking our supporters to take a moment, enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of cake together, and remember those that are missing across the country.”
