Mayor calls for emergency Easter plans for London Bridge

London Mayor Boris Johnson has asked National Rail bosses to make emergency plans for London Bridge Station looking ahead to the potential Easter travel chaos.

This follows hundreds of passenger complaints about rail delays, cancellations and dangerous levels of overcrowing at the station in recent weeks.

In a meeting today, the London Assembly plans to get to the bottom of the matter and to discuss this.

Chair of the Transport Committee, Caroline Pigeon joined London Live News.
