Enfield Council work to eradicate FGM

It has been estimated that more than 20,000 girls under the age of 15 are at risk of female genital mutilation in the UK each year. 

The practice is illegal but often goes unreported.

Enfield Council are now exploring ways to identify and combat the issue it the borough. 

London 360reporter David Ready went to find out more.
