Painting in protest to save the Brixton Arches

As Network Rail plans to upgrade the area known as the ‘Brixton Arches’ graffiti artists are painting in protest.

The artists are  painting the shutters of businesses under around the Arches as part of a campaign to try to save the area from redevelopment.

Those working there fear it will force them out with an increase in rent.

London Live met the people behind the protest.
