Vicar fights council over tax penalties... and wins

He's the retired vicar who took on the London Borough of Haringey over its council tax penalties and won.

Reverend Paul Nicolson from Tottenham felt so strongly about what he describes as the millions of poor people who are unable to pay their council tax and face further charges on top of legal costs from local authorities. 

Yesterday, a judge agreed with him.
