80% of Londoners don’t know how to cater for gluten free people

New statistcs have revealed that more than 10 million people across the country now have a specific dietary requirement.

But just under 40 per cent of us don’t even know how to cook for a vegetarian, and more than 80 per cent wouldn’t know where to start when catering for someone who avoids gluten. 

London Live was joined by Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne, who owns a company selling gluten free bakery products, to talk about the inspiration behind her business.
