The notorious Fanny and Stella: a shocking true story

Two notorious cross-dressing starlets from the Victorian era have been brought back to life in the new play - Fanny and Stella.

The drama follows the true story of two men known as Boulton and Park and their antics around soho that landed them in court.

Eleanor Cunningham went to meet the characters, who dared to be different - no matter the cost.

You can catch that show from tonight at Above The Stag Theatre in Vauxhall until June 14.
