52 Sports challenges in 52 weeks

For most people a new years resolution doesn’t last to the end of the month, especially when it come to health and fitness.

But Annie Ross is putting us all to shame.

Her New Years Day started with an icy swim in Hampstead pond, and that was just the start of the sporting challenges she has set for herself.

Annie is undertaking 52 sporting challenges in 52 weeks to encourage busy people in London to get fit, whilst raising money for charity.

She's inviting others to get involved in her project called, eXerK.
