Critics slam reintroduction of the Right to Buy scheme

Housing Association tenants will be given the same right to buy their homes as people living in council properties.

The Conservatives have pledged to replace every home sold under the scheme with another new property. 

But critics say that won't go far enough in tackling the housing crisis in London.
