TFL workers to lose travel perks for spouses

London Assembly Conservatives are calling for the scheme that entitles nominated friends and family of TFL members to free travel to be scrapped.

Members have produced a report which claims the scheme costs around £22 million a year, with those costs totalling £110 million by 2020.

The RMT Union is firmly against the proposals.
