HIV sufferers are living longer

People living with HIV are now living to an older age. 

In fact with around a quarter over the age of 50.

They are the fastest growing group with the virus. 

The Terrence Higgins Trust has launched a centre in the capital offering support, advice, counselling and information to the first generation of people living with HIV to an older age. 

Chief Executive of the trust, Dr Rosemary Gillespie, explains more.
