Can good neighbours become good friends?

We may give a friendly nod or wave, but how well do we actually know our neighbours?

According to new research, the desire for community spirit and neighbourliness is alive and well, with over a third of us wanting to get to know our neighbours better.

Patrick Law, from Barratt Developments who commissioned the research, explains more.
