Armed Forces Day celebrations take place across capital

Events to mark the Armed Forces Day were being held across London with the largest in Woolwich.

Despite reports of terror threats, more than 25,000 people turned up at the event at the Royal Artillery Barracks.

The leader of the local council says the borough has had to step up security and says the threats didn't put off people from attending.
