Children on free school meals less likely to take part in sports

New research claims that children on free school meals are less likely to take part in sports and outdoor activities than those who aren't.

The figures also show pupils receiving free school meals are twice as likely to think school is a waste of time.

Ralph Scott, Senior researcher for Demos, explains more.
